The VOICE Project is a three-year project implemented by CARE Sri Lanka in the Eastern and North Central provinces. The main objective of the project is to improve the capacities of civil society structures and actors to better represent the needs and rights of vulnerable and marginalized groups in the conflict-affected areas.
