Report on Relief Operations, Humanitarian Aid Issues and Programming Options for CIDA in Relation to the Conflict in the Northeast of Sri Lanka
Objectives: Provide an assessment of humanitarian needs in Sri Lanka, the roles of implementing agencies and local capacities on the scene and the potential for new programming options.
Focus: Food aid, food security, basic needs, health, IDPs, repatriation, protection.
Criteria: Effectiveness, timeliness, appropriateness.
