Asia and the Pacific face the world’s highest disaster risks, driving the need for Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) to support recovery and resilience. The RCWG Roadmap (2025–2027) promotes community-led and risk-informed cash systems within national frameworks. It envisions communities as key leaders in crisis response, supported by governments, UN agencies, and donors.
