The aim of this JP was to 'Strengthen the National Disaster Preparedness and Response Capacity' of the national institutions, via a range of capacity building approaches, technical inputs and material supplies to assist the GoT's disaster management structures to function more efficiently.
This evaluation was commissioned to take place at the very end of the implementation cycle and was tased to assess the results acheieved, including how the programme had functioned.
