23rd ALNAP Meeting
The objective of the exploratory phase of the HPP is “To explore the feasibility of creating a mechanism for assessing and reporting on the overall performance of the humanitarian sector”. Following discussions in last Biannual Meeting in Senegal, the intention was that the exploratory phase would: • Explore a range of options • Consult with key stakeholders and potential users • Develop a rationale for the HPP A revised version of the HPP Concept Note was circulated to Full Members at the beginning of February. Document collection/review and initial interviews began shortly after.
