This document is the second deliverable of the support to the Mid-Term Review, commissioned by the Swedish Embassy in Kinshasa. The overall purpose of the review is
- to provide strategic recommendations for the remaining period of the Strategy in order to fulfil the expected results;
- to provide analysis and recommendations to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to inform the government’s instruction to Sida for development of the next strategy proposal.
The analysis is based on a desk review of project and strategic documents, as well as on data collection in the field, which included semi-guided interviews, focus groups discussion and direct observation.
