The United Kingdom and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in collaboration with the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) and the European Union (EU), brought together, at Lancaster House in London on 10 May 2017, representatives of countries of the Horn and East Africa, notably those applying the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework of the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants, as well as international donors, international financial institutions and civil society committed to ‘Supporting Refugees and Their Host Communities in the Horn and East Africa’.
