Final Independent Joint Evaluation

This final joint evaluation report was carried out in Myanmar by ACF, WHH and GRET, between 19.11.2015-25.01.2015. The evaluation regarded the EuropeAid-funded “SUSTAIN Programme” within the sectors Food Security and Nutrition. The programme's aim was to integrate “agriculture and health nutrition education, providing an innovative and ‘nutrition-sensitive’ approach to food security.” Some recommendations include:

  1. Redesign the NutriDev packaging;
  2. Develop strong links and relationships with government structures;
  3. Ensure a better understanding of local cultural, socio-economic and environmental context;
  4. Properly assess the environmental sustainability of program activities.
