This report, produced in February 2015 and commissioned and funded by the Danish Red Cross, maps the situation of displaced people in Syria and the neighbouring countries entering the fifth year of the conflict. It provides country-specific overviews of affected people's needs, information gaps and the state of the humanitarian response.
