The objective of the review is to help SC UK to assess whether the DFIS project was implemented as planned in the original proposal document and in the manner most likely to meet the stated objectives; to include assessment of project activities, use of output and its impact on decision making, and project capacity, including the technical capacity in North Darfur, South Darfur and Khartoum.
