The first part outlines the Reset process, while the second part presents member analysis and perspectives on the Reset, addressing key questions on the Reset.
The guide is intended to help NGO practitioners, coordination leads, and policy staff navigate the complex reform landscape, and to encourage informed, strategic participation in shaping a more accountable, efficient, and inclusive humanitarian system.
