This report addresses two issues. Firstly, how the quality of DFID’s evaluations compares with those of a set of other donors. Second, how good are Evaluation Department’s management systems for ensuring the quality of evaluations undertaken and commissioned by DFID, also looking at the practice of comparator agencies.
