This document has been designed in conjunction with the Philippines WASH Cluster and the Inter-Agency Rapid Assessment Team (i-RAT) to provide a technical guide to better inform, assist and support WASH actors in the Central Philippines for current and future interventions using baseline data collected by REACH. It is based on a 2 phases WASH baseline survey across 81 municipalities jointly conducted by REACH and the WASH Rapid Assessment Team (RAT) by collecting and mapping data across Central Philippines.
