A strategic response to urban sanitation in a war-torn city
This article explores the problems associated with sanitation in a conflict area, using a case study of Kabul, Afghanistan. The article includes a problem analysis of factors affecting sanitation in the city and the results of a sanitation survey of households in Kabul. From this survey a workable strategy for urban sanitation in Kabul is presented.
