2010 was a challenging year for the World Food programme, with 263 million people affected by natural disasters – 110 million more than in 2004, the year of one of the most destructive tsunamis in history. This report provides the information how the World Food Programme manage to meet these challenges and implement new tools, programmes and solutions.
