This is the executive summary of an independent systematic review commissioned by the Humanitarian Evidence Programme – a partnership between Oxfam GB and Feinstein International Center at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts University.
The systematic review 'What practices are used to identify and prioritize vulnerable populations affected by urban humanitarian emergencies?' represents the first ever attempt to systematically search, sort and synthesize existing evidence on targeting the most vulnerable in urban humanitarian crises in low and middle-income countries.
