71 Household (HH) surveys and Key Informant (KI) interviews were conducted in Erbil city between 15th and 29th of September 2014. The assessment targeted refugees and IDPs in urban non-camp settings. The assessment’s main objective was to identify shelter specific winterisation needs in order to inform winterisation programme design and subsequent implementation.
