Humanitarian Accountability Team Lessons Learned: Perspectives from Communities and Staff
During September 2007, the Humanitarian Accountability Team (HAT) conducted 10 focus group discussions (FGDs) in three operational districts to evaluate the impact of its activities. The key points emerged from the analysis were such as here was evidence in all districts that the skills acquired through trainings are being used by community members or that the HAT trainings were recognized as well-organized and executed.
