Report about the Teacher Emergency Package (TEP) project in Angola and Burundi. The present study does not present an evaluation of TEP as such, but concentrates on the TEP students’ transfer to regular school, how many who continue and finish primary, and how many who drop out. The findings show that there are no complete records of TEP students in Angola and Burundi regarding how many who started in primary school, for how long they stayed and how many who have completed.
